Our core team, composed of Brazilians and Internationals, are experts in facilitating connections between international changemakers, with local entrepreneurs (favela residents). We are the only favela-based, and academically recognized, global B2B providing favela entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and social projects with high-level capacity building in the areas of project management, financial education, digital marketing, and personal development, through selective University partnerships.

Customized Tour Packages: Customized impact tour creation from favela-based businesses. We cover every aspect of the experience including transportation, meals, accommodations, and consultation on visa requirements, partnering with local Universities and health services.

Study Abroad Programming: Created in partnership with the University’s academic guidelines.

Exchange Programs: Students from the favela will exchange with students from incoming Universities for two-week, to two-year periods depending on the priorities and flexibilit of the academic partner.

Service Learning: Cultivated service projects in the favelas with application towards for-credit classes.

Objectives:‍

- To visit Vidigal and the 5 incubated businesses from Favela Inc.
- Students were assigned to study their business models, revenue generating strategies, fundraising, and connections to potential partners in Canada.
- Develop models, strategies, and partnerships that help the incubees achieve self-sustainability
- To experience the city of Rio de Janeiro, its culture, history, and landscapes over the course of a 4 days visit.
- To be submersed in a transformative and uplifting environment.
- Gain insights into alternative applications of entrepreneurship to stimulate the students  creativity and innovation in the traditional business environment.
